Origin of the event
The Wine Without Borders Festival
Organized by Provino, it was born with the purpose of breaking down borders and bringing people together through wine.
The first edition was held in 2022 in Tijuana, with the intention of promoting the wine and gastronomic culture of the Baja California region, which is responsible for 75% of Mexico’s wine production.
This event not only celebrates the quality of local wines, but also acts as a platform to strengthen cultural and economic ties between Mexico and the United States.
The collaboration with CANIRAC and other local stakeholders highlights Provino’s commitment to bring back to Tijuana the value that this city brings to the Guadalupe Valley.
